What is a Varicocele?
The pampiniform plexus is a network of veins in the scrotum that drains the testicles. When the valves in these veins malfunction, blood pools and the veins enlarge. Varicocele most commonly affects the left side due to the angle of the left testicular vein.

- Dull ache or discomfort in the testicle, worse after standing or physical exertion
